Job description & requirements
Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and control assigned project schedules; proficient with APQP documentation.
2. Lead new product development and design; deliver design reports.
3. Convert and author drawings, documents, and process materials; implement engineering solutions.
4. Plan and follow up sample builds; supervise sample testing; confirm and summarize test reports.
5. Material qualification; execute sample analysis and testing; submit test reports.
6. Handle patent applications for relevant projects.
7. Support technology transfer to production and technical handover.
8. Develop, update, convert, and track outputs such as drawings, BOM, process flow charts, control plans (CP), motor FMEA, and SOP.
9. Design, build, and improve production fixtures and tooling for new products.
10. Improve existing products; define and execute improvement plans; update materials, processes, and process controls.
Requirements
1. Full-time college degree or above; age 20–45.
2. Major in mechanical engineering, automation, motor structure and principles, or a related electrical field.
3. Experience in DC micro motor R&D design, production process, and quality control.
4. 3–5+ years in precision motor product design; DC brushed and brushless motors; linear resonant actuator (LRA) development.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks or UG, CAD, and ANSYS; strong sense of responsibility; good teamwork; able to work under high pressure.
