Execute PMC plans on the shop floor; deploy manpower to hit output targets; enforce SOPs, 6S, and safety; lead daily meetings; manage materials and line issues; motor industry experience preferred.
Requirements
Strong on-site leadership and problem-solving; able to coach teams and report production data. Age 25–45.
