Role overview
Adapt and optimize existing motor designs to meet customer performance targets; support cross-functional technical work; perform analysis, measurement, and testing; execute engineering changes.
Requirements
Associate degree or above in motor, mechanical, mechatronics, or automation. 2+ years in motor structure design (BLDC, brushed DC, or stepper). SolidWorks/CAD; knowledge of metal and plastic materials and processes. Age 25–45.
