Role overview
Lead project schedules and APQP-related deliverables; oversee new product design, documentation, samples, testing, and handover to production. Guide tooling/fixture design and line technical improvements. Upgrade brushed & brushless DC motor platforms for performance, cost, and automation.
Requirements
Full-time college degree or above in mechanical, automation, motor, or electrical fields. 5+ years in precision brushed & brushless micro-motor design. SolidWorks/Pro/E, CAD, ANSYS; English CET-4+. Strong leadership, analysis, and communication; able to work under pressure. Age 35–45.
