Role overview
Develop future leaders in mechanical, motor, and automation-related operations. Rotations and hands-on exposure to precision motor manufacturing.
Requirements
Associate degree or above; majors in mechanical engineering, motors, or automation preferred. Recent graduates (bachelor) or interns with precision motor experience (associate+). Proficient in Office; SolidWorks or Pro/E is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, age 21–35.
