Role overview
Handle motor-related abnormalities and follow up corrective actions; customer complaint analysis and 8D responses; support automotive NPI and mass production. Clear communication and logical thinking.
Requirements
College degree or above; mechanical/electrical background preferred. Experience handling customer complaints independently is a plus. Fresh graduates (bachelor) or up to 2 years in a motor factory. Age 25–40.
